2. How did you start in gymnastics?
My mom was a gymnastics coach and decided to put me in lessons with her
3. How did you deal with mental blocks?
Remembering muscle memory and trusting in the ability of the skills I've done plenty of times
4. Who was your role model/someone you looked uo to in the sport?
Shawn Johnson
5. What was your hardest struggle during your time as a gymnast?
Probably my fear of back tumbling when u was younger
6. How do you handle nerves when you are competing?
Reminding my self gods in control of the situation and having full faith in his timing and his promises in my life
7. What was your biggest accomplishment in gymnastics?
Qualifying senior elite in 2025
8. When you were done competing in the sport? Did you stay involved in it with coaching etc?

9. What would people need to know if you are starting the sport for the first time?
How taxing it can be in your body, and mentally preparing for a lifetime commitment for what you want to achieve
10. What is your favorite meet?
Metroplex in 2025, when I qualified senior elite
11. How did you handle pressure form peers/coaches/fans?
honestly pressure from others wasn't my biggest worry my self doubt in what I was capable of doing was my bigger problem
12. How do you overcome setbacks and challenges?
reflecting on why they happened and changing my perspective on what I could have done better
13. Did college gymnastics ever cross your mind as something you wanted to do?
Yes it had been something I've wanted since an early age
14. Least favorite event and favorite event? And Why?
Bars is my least favorite because I struggle with the skill aspect. Floor is my most favorite because I love to tumble
15. Hardest and easiest gymnastics skill to train?
Easiest is double back on floor Hardest is a ray on bars
16. How did/do you deal with getting in your head on skills?
Concentrating on the controllable's and trusting my body before I do them
17. How did you stay out of your head at practice and at meet?
Taking deep breaths and putting it all out there, you only have very few times to
compete might as well make the most of it and enjoy every second
18. Have any of you got a skill for a few weeks on any event and then a week or to later you just can't do it? If this has happened to you how have you dealt with it or overcome it?
I haven't had too many situations like this but mostly going back to the basics and building my way back up to the harder things
19. How did you cope when your time as a gymnast was over? Did you go into coaching or did you find something else to fill what gymnastics filled?
I haven't done this yet
20. What two goals you want to achieve in the sport of gymnastics?
Being a strong elite gymnast representing a different country with my dual citizenship
21. Advice you would give to current or people who want to start in the sport?
Always remember your "why" and don't do something you don't love, learn to appreciate the hardships but also to be grateful for all the amazing things that come with it
