In January, I read a very remarkable book. The book's name was UNSTOPPABLE, and Oklahoma University gymnast standout Maggie Nichols wrote it. It was released on January 16th,2024, and I would recommend this book to everyone who is in high school and up.

The book is a memoir about the gymnastics journey of Maggie Nichols an elite and college gymnast. She is an 8x NCAA champion and a world champion. Even if you are not a gymnast, you are going to love this book; it talks about her story and how she went from an elite gymnast to a college gymnast at the University of Oklahoma with American Honors and achieved two grand slams, which is a 10.0 on all four events Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault.

Maggie did a great job adding detail where it needed to be and explained all the gymnastics moves so non-gymnasts could understand it. It gave a clear picture of what Maggie was trying to accomplish and achieve when writing this book.

I loved this book! UNSTOPPABLE showed me that one challenge or setback can never stop you from doing what you love, and giving up was not an option. You will always get through on the other side. That is a huge theme in the book; at least, that is the takeaway I got when I read the book.

I would suggest this book to everyone who is or isn’t a gymnast! I am telling you will be inspired by her book, the stories, the setbacks, and how she overcame it.

Thank you Maggie for writing a wonderful book for gymnasts and others to read. She is such an inspiration and role model to so many. While I was reading her book, it showed me that one challenge or set back can never stop you from doing what you love and giving up is not an option. You will always get through it. Everyone go give this book a read!
